As the CEO of API, Alia is the driving force in the new administration of the company. Following in her father’s footsteps, Alia had the desire to join her brother in the family business and help make it a success. She now runs all facets of the business ensuring the legacy that her father built over the last three decades is steadily growing in line with the strong values of Al Ali Group.
Alia pursued her higher education starting in Dubai Women’s Technical College; she then went on to Geneva, Switzerland where she attained a University degree in Public Relations and Business Administration.
Motivated and ready for new challenges, Alia joined Dubai Internet City as part of the pioneering team handling the commercial and residential properties where she formed a strong industry knowledge and gained expertise in setting sales strategies, property management, and business operations. Alia’s role sharpened her knowledge on the synergistic relationship between Sales and Marketing. She perfected the implementation of sales processes and techniques, brand equity, and brand voice development as well as establishing new trends for marketing strategies of the enterprise. After her time in Dubai Internet City, Alia joined TECOM Group as PR Manager for the Dubai International Film Festival, which was a hugely successful initiative. There she mastered the full understanding of brand perception and raising the company’s authority by building relationships with key people while maintaining the positive reputation of the brand.
With a strong purpose, Alia’s steadfast nature holds the key to bring forth API Group’s success in providing world-class communities and services whilst upholding the trust and reliability which the company has become known for.
